The Peer Ministers at St. Francis House are students who have an intentional ministry in the St. Francis House community and function as our student board of directors.  They have committed themselves to lead and direct the community in all the activities, worship and study that happen at St. Francis House. They are the people who truly make things happen. Please get to know them and they can help integrate you into the community here.

The Board of Directors is made up of nine people from around the Diocese who are either members of local churches or students at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Four members are appointed by the Bishop of Milwaukee, three are elected by the West Convocation of the Diocese of Milwaukee, and two members are students who are appointed by the Chaplain of St. Francis House. The Bishop of Milwaukee and the Chaplain of St. Francis House are also members of the Board.

The Board guides the Chaplain and Students in making decisions about the direction of the ministry, matters of the budget and promoting the ministry throughout the Diocese.
